Here at CDP we want to take the classroom experience back to the days before social media. Phones away all day. No camera’s in the classroom (we save those for the end-of-day showcase). Minimizing distraction for maximum presence!

  • Improv/cypher circle + Improv Technique — Focused on finding freedom and connecting feeling to the movement!

  • Journaling/talkback session — Talking dance and life. Vulnerability welcomed and celebrated :)

  • Showcase of combinations and final freestyle session — LIVE STREAMED for family and friends!

    *All CDP experiences are fully customizable and we offer a number of add-ons including Multiple Day Options, Freestyle Friday Night Cypher, Faculty Workshop, Parent/Dancer Class, Competition Routine Feedback and Team Building.
