A typical Connection Dance Project workshop is an 8-hour day.

A typical workshoP Day…

• 8-hour day. 4 to 6 classes for multiple styles and levels!

• FAMILY class — Get the whole family involved in the experience!

• Improv/cypher circle — Focused on finding freedom and connecting feeling to the movement!

• Journaling/talkback session — Talking dance and life. Vulnerability welcomed and celebrated :)

• Showcase of combinations and final freestyle session — LIVE STREAMED for family and friends!

  *All CDP experiences are fully customizable and we offer a number of add-ons including Multiple Day Options, Freestyle Friday Night Cypher, Faculty Class, Parent/Dancer Class, Competition Routine Feedback and Team Building.
